Expedia, Costco, Booking, etc are fine… until you realize they can’t actually plan luxury, they can’t personalize your trips, they don’t offer easy to access support….the list goes on!

&, how do you expect to book hotels as the lowest tier in the hierarchy, but crave VIP treatment?!
