Mags has also had bookings affected by the situation in the Middle East, she consistently went above and beyond for her customers, securing alternative arrangements, based on her own recommendations, ensuring her clients were completely happy
Her attention to detail is exceptional, ensuring every customer feels looked after, valued, and supported throughout their entire journey
More recently, Mags has created fantastic monthly newsletters. Her April newsletter resulted in the biggest booking in our history, an incredible £241K booking to Tanzania, alongside an Antigua booking and several other enquiries
