Good to know how being dedicated & caring for our clients has been recognised.

The ranking was drawn up following a survey of 27,000 travel customers. The findings will be reported to the UK Competition and Markets Authority and the Civil Aviation Authority.

Not only have I had a race to get people home, there was a race to get a very special couple away. My lovely clients were heading to New Zealand to be with their daughter and grandchildren. Whilst in transit in Dubai waiting to board their onward flight , the NZ government announced border closure. This as you can imagine was devastating news . It appeared that provided the flight was airborne before the local time ban , they would be allowed to enter.... A nervous wait watching the flight stats which showed a delay followed, finally it took off with only an hour or so to spare. It had already been arranged they go into 14 days self isolation on arrival and their daughter had this all set up... How wonderful to finally see this picture , first cuddles after only being able to see each other through a window.
