On both days we will be operating the Park and Ride service from Bishop Auckland College. Buses will run every 10 minutes using fully accessible buses for £2.50 per adult and 50p per child aged 5-15

We have a pre-determined rota system, with hours between 6am and 10pm, working 5 days.

Service 108/109 Thursday 3 April

UPDATE 0936 - road has reopened and buses back to normal route

Due to an RTA the 108/109 will need to divert via High Grange Bank instead of Pixley Hill. Buses may be delayed as a result.

We are making changes to the 111 & 115 timetable from Monday 31st March

There will be extra buses to and from Willington, and buses running currently as 115 between Spennymoor and Greenways will be replaced by an extension on the 111, with through fares available across Spennymoor - but passengers for Greenways will need to wait across the road at High Street and Cheapside in Spennymoor

From Monday 31 March, there will be revision to some times of service 96 (Barnard Castle-Middleton in Teesdale) - these will help with connections in Barnard Castle for Arriva buses.

Service 95 will remain as present

UPDATE

The road has just reopened - the 1400 to Stanhope will depart from Bishop but may be late

Due to a serious accident at Toronto Lodge, the police currently have the road closed

Service 101 will only operate between Stanhope and Howden le Wear until further notice

Services 108/109 are currently suspended until further notice

We apologise for any inconvenience and will update when the road is reopened

Service 725 - Friday 21/3/25

The road has been closed at Edmondsley - until further notice the 725 will not be able to serve Sacriston B6532, Edmondsley and Waldridge Village, in both directions. Buses are diverting via Nettlesworth, Plawsworth and Chester Moor, rejoining the normal route at Waldridge Road Roundabout

Service 84 Darlington - Monday 17 March

Edit - works have been completed and the 1454 departure from Darlington will depart from Tubwell Row as usual

Please be aware that buses until 1500 today will pick up/drop off outside of Flannels on Crown Street, as the usual stop on Tubwell Row is closed for maintenance.
