A cheeky [rare] night away to see Echo Essex Echo and the Bunnymen 🎶🎶 at the beautiful Albert Hall!! 🥳🥳 After 8 year's in Blackpool, I feel like I'm in New York!! Bit too posh for moi at The Midland 😬😬
But ey, tha gets a proper brew wi Yorkshire Tea ✅️ and reyt posh Border Biscuits✅️ and fresh milk! 🐄✅️ Dee's Self Catering Apartments!! So stick that up yer ho**er Manchester 😂😂

We've had a crazy few months and been closed for building work, that has grown and grown (in a good way - fixing the decades of bodge jobs!)... So luckily, our walks on the beach recharge us every day ⛱️ ⛱️ 😀 😀

We've had such a wonderful season and welcomed back so many wonderful guests and met so many new ones!
We can't lie, we are "nicely' exhausted and winding down for a full closure to carry out some much needed TLC to this old Victorian girl (no, not me! But the building that keeps on giving) and a very special Christmas with Mum visiting xx Jean O'Rourke ♥️♥️
In the meantime, we love the 'Cheeky Mondays' at Vintro Lounge and the food is simply outstanding 🥳🥳

It's easy to forget we live within easy walking distance of the world class Winter Gardens Blackpool ! It was absolutely fantastic to see a packed house tonight for the amazing Sheffield band ABC!! Thanks to orchestra member Harri and the generosity of the theatre management for the ticket! Great gig xx ❤️❤️

Super busy weekend with our Northern Soulies, a day spent helping a mate put in a new ceiling and now chillax time! The Vintro Lounge is absolutely lovely - Cheeky Mondays are the best!
