Book a HERITAGE TOUR of Stanley Park. Celebrating 100years this year.m. There's plenty to tell. A 'landscape masterpiece' designed by Thomas Mawson & Sons on 274acres bought by the Council just after World War 1 and opened on 2nd October 1926.

Blackpool Stanley Park Centenary Year Heritage Tours and cake. Join us in a walk round the park with a heritage guide and enjoy a tea/coffee with a cake in the Stanley Park Visitor Centre. The park was opened on 2nd October 1926. Find out more on our Heritage Tour. Tickets can be booked in advance in the Stanley Park Visitor Centre and include a tour and tea/coffee with a cake for £5. The tour dates are Saturdays at 2pm on 11th July, 22nd August, 5th September, 3rd October. 😃🌳🌳☕️

Tomorrow is the 3rd Saturday of the month. That means it's the Friends of Stanley Park - Blackpool Monthly meeting and time to hear the park news. 1pm refreshments and 2pm start. Non-members are welcome too.

Our monthly members meeting is this Saturday in the Stanley Park Visitor Centre at 2pm to 4pm. The guest speaker is Neil Heslop who will be talking about what happened to Jill Dando and the avenues the police have followed. Tea and coffee will be available from 1pm. Non-members are welcome.
