🍂 INTRODUCING OUR NEW GROUNDS MANAGER, CRAIG 🍂
Here is what Craig has to say:
This is my second time working at Marton Mere, with my first stint being 2013 - 2015 as a Security Team Member. Returning in 2022 I came back as Security Manager. Since returning the Security Team has gone from strength to strength- while there is still work to be done in that department, I have decided to hand the baton on and take a new challenge as Grounds and Siting Team Manager.
Here are my plans to revolutionise the grounds department at Marton Mere:
- Structured green maintenance, with a planned and advertised schedule of what tasks and areas will be completed and when.
- Revisit all maintenance and upgrade tasks logged this year to ensure that tasks have been completed.
- Higher focus on our environmental impact including recycling points and reducing our use of petrol/diesel powered tools. This will reduce our noise impact while operating in close proximity to caravans.
- We are investing in Team, Training and Equipment to aid in the efficiency of the department.
