Hello everyone,
We're McArthur Manor, an exclusive use country house based in Blairgowrie, sleeping 35, with 140sqm event room.
Many people assume we're a hotel, but we're actually quite different. When a group books with us, they have the entire Manor to themselves. No other guests, no shared facilities, and no competing events taking place at the same time.
Over the years we've welcomed wedding parties, family celebrations, milestone birthdays, corporate retreats, writing retreats, and groups travelling from all over the world to spend time together under one roof.
We're looking forward to becoming part of this community and sharing a little more about the events, celebrations, and experiences that take place here.
If you're ever planning something special and are looking for a venue that offers privacy, flexibility, and a more personal experience, we'd be happy to answer any questions.

A few things that make us a little different:
• Exclusive use Manor sleeping up to 35 guests, plus extra children
• Suitable for groups wanting privacy, whether it’s a birthday, celebration, family gathering, or retreat
• Self-catered and bring your own drinks as standard
• Optional extras available, such as a bartender serving cocktails and your own drinks, or staff to help with clearing up and keeping things running smoothly
• Not a hotel and not a holiday rental, something in between, with support customised for each group
• 4pm standard checkout time, so there’s no rush on your final day
• AV equipment, games equipment, and decorations available to use as part of the rental
