The barn is the perfect base to explore all that the forest and wye valley has to offer.......your forest adventure awaits! Humbug barn has been sympathetically renovated, keeping original features yet giving it a touch of modern luxury with all the furnishings and facilities. The barn has 2 bedrooms, 1 x King-size with ensuite, 1 x twin (can be king-size upon request) and a double so
fa bed in the spacious lounge. The family sized main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and sink. Our kitchen has a 6 seater breakfast bar, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine, microwave and is fully stocked with utensils, crockery and glasses. The spacious lounge offers panoramic views into the forest and is a wonderful space to relax after a long day exploring. There is plenty of seating, TV, Blu-Ray player, Log burning stove, Dining table for 6, books and games . The outside space has beautiful forest views which you can enjoy from the alfresco dining area with brick built bbq or the 4/5 seater hot tub, Outside is also bike storage, tap for washing muddy bikes or paws, parking for 2 cars and Electric car charge point. We know that your dogs are part of the family and they are very welcome at the barn, we accept 2 dogs at any one time unless by prior agreement with the owner. We will provide plenty of blankets and towels for muddy paws. The forest and surrounding areas have so much to offer, hiking, biking, canoeing, paddle boarding, zip lining, railways, castles, fishing, golf, food festivals and so much more! However if all that sounds too exhausting you can literally walk out of your front door and take one of the many trails straight in to the forest and walk/explore for miles! Finally.....we cant wait to welcome you to our holiday home and the Forest of Dean, we hope that you will love the space we have created and share our enthusiasm for this majestic forest that surrounds us.
