Tonight the boys enjoyed a good swim and run at Grogley. I think they feel extremely lucky to have such a fantastic variety of walks on their doorstep.

An after school dog walk on Par Sands this evening. Its doggy heaven. Spud has no chance of braving the water and is much more the spectator!
