Fragile environments demand more than a 'heads down' approach; they require a shift to active resilience. Our SAFE and SAFE+ courses (15-18 June) are for individuals operating where risks move from Yellow to Red on the RiCE™ ladder.

SAFE is a 3-day programme for Amber risks, providing the framework for navigating fluid stability and local nuances. For Red risk zones, SAFE+ / CONDO (Contractors on Deployed Operations) extends to 4 days, delivering the operational readiness required for high-threat sectors.

Both courses utilise the Resilience in Culture Complex Environments (RiCE)™ framework, integrating People Risk Management and ISO 31030:2021 standards.

Rocky Road Resilience is expanding its training team. We are seeking specialist First Aid Trainers based in the South of England to support the delivery of EFAW and FREC-equivalent programmes.

We require practitioners with significant training experience and recognised training qualifications.

Current Requirements:
- Immediate capacity for upcoming EFAW courses (June/July).

That's a wrap, another course completed this year. We have just concluded the delivery of the Resilience in Culture Complex Environments (RiCE)™ Programme, traversing the spectrum from Fragile Events to Hostile Environments.

A significant addition to this week's course was a new immersive scenario introduced on day two. It focused on the increasing complexity of immigration checks; a reality becoming more acute for UK passport holders operating internationally. It is good to be tested and immigration processess i s no longer a formality; it is a point of operational friction.
