House Rules and Guest Responsibilities
1️⃣ No Parties
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly not permitted on the property.

2️⃣ No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property or near open windows/doors.

3️⃣ Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the property is [insert number, e.g., 4] guests. Only guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

4️⃣ Check-In and Check-Out Times
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

5️⃣ Guest Responsibilities During Stay
Guests agree to:
✅ Secure the property by locking all doors and windows when leaving the property unattended.
✅ Respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and early morning.
✅ Respect the furniture and property contents and to leave the property in a reasonable condition upon departure.

6️⃣ Loss or Damage to Guest Belongings
The owner does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

7️⃣ Authorized Guests Only
Only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property. No additional overnight visitors are allowed without prior written consent from the owner.

Guests acknowledge that while the property owner will maintain the property to a safe standard, the owner shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that may occur while on the premises, except where caused by the owner’s negligence or failure to maintain the property in a safe condition.
