Zips open first weekend June ☀️with a few new exciting tweaks 🙌 we will be offering 3 budget bell tents sleeping a maximum of 4 ( locals discount remains at £50 per night!) alongside two larger luxury fully furnished tents sleeping upto 6 guests (perfect for a special escape)! We will also be offering a seating area to sit and take in the view with a glass of your favourite tipple while munching on delicious sourdough pizza from our pop up licensed horsebox! (Weekends only- dates to be confirmed). We can’t wait to welcome you back for 2026 , BOOKINGS NOW LIVE!!!

Perfect for couples / families with lots to do- visit the harbour for a swim & ice cream, walk the ancient fairy woods to St Nectans Glen Waterfall and enjoy some delicious cake at the woodland cafe! Or pop to Tintagel and explore King Arthur’s castle! Surf and swim friendly beaches less than ten minutes drive away. Minimum of one night booking, well behaved dogs welcome ⛺️🌊☀️
