Today marks a bittersweet moment at Westwood Lakes as we say a fond farewell to Rob Pepper, our Bait & Tackle Shop Manager, who retires after an incredible 15 years of dedication.

Here’s Rob receiving his leaving gift from Alan and Tracey - a small token of our huge appreciation for everything he’s done. Rob’s hard work and commitment have shaped the shop into what it is today and he will be truly missed by staff and customers alike.

We’d also like to give a warm welcome to Paul, who has been working closely alongside Rob in preparation to step into the role. We know he’ll do a fantastic job filling some very big shoes.

Thank you for everything, Rob - wishing you a very happy and well-deserved retirement!🌟🎣
