Master Kombucha & Kimchi at home Wednesday 3rd July 7pm - 9pm in Poole

H**e from boochacha. and star of Gordon Ramseys Future Stars and Louise from Food for Thought Cookery School and author of Gut Health Nourish to Flourish cookbook have teamed up to bring you a fab evening of Kombucha & Kimchi!
This new and exciting workshop is one not to be missed.

H**e will be doing a live demo of a Complete Kombucha Starter Kit, with fresh Kombucha samples to try, as well as a show off of our giant Kombucha SCOBY.
Louise will demonstrate how to make a basic non chilli kid friendly version of kimchi. She'll then show you how to add different flavours, including chilli and alternative veggies to mix it up.

We'll talk through fermenting, the health benefits and you'll get samples to try and a recipe card to take home.

We are sooo excited to announce our 8th International Yoga Day on the beach this year!

Aaaaand we’re making it bigger this year to make an attempt to break the record for the biggest yoga on the beach! Last year we almost hit 300 people and this year with your help we can create a special day to remember aiming for 600!!

Bournemouth Ladies Who Latte will turn into Ladies Who Cocktail for a day.
Feel invited on Saturday, the 16th of December to the Hilton's Level 8 Sky Bar in the heart of Bournemouth, for our festive drinks with a view and informal conversations about life and, no doubt, business too.
This is an elegant extra to our December meeting in the usual place on the 12th, when you definitely have to attend, since that day yours truly is celebrating her 39th birthday (again) and with nothing else but a latte!
