I’m honestly getting so fed up with this happening. 😐

I spend my time searching for holidays, comparing prices and sending quotes to get people the best possible deal. Then to have someone book the exact same holiday I’ve quoted for them, on the same dates and at the same price, directly online is so frustrating.

I completely understand that everyone has a choice in where they book, and I would never expect anyone to book with me. But when I’ve put the time and effort into finding and recommending to you the perfect holiday, it would be nice to be given the opportunity to book it for you.

What people don’t always realise is that I often have access to agent only discounts that aren’t available online, which means I can sometimes beat the prices you see when booking directly. So it’s always worth giving me the chance to check before you book elsewhere.

I’m a small business, and every booking genuinely makes a difference to me. I’m not just sending prices for the sake of it. I’m trying to help people get the holidays they want, with the service and support they deserve.
