You may have noticed we've been a little quiet on here recently, unfortunately it's with a very heavy heart we had to say goodbye to our loyal companion, our gorgeous Holly 4 weeks ago. It's been a very hard time for us without her, she meant the world to us, especially me as I'd had her from 8 weeks old. We wanted to let our followers and guests know as she's always around and about and we involved her in a lot of our social media posts as we are a dog friendly cottage and we didn't want you wondering where she'd gone. We will miss her for the rest of our lives, life is just not the same without her. 💔🐶

A gorgeous picture our guests took and sent us, how cosy does the living room look with all the Christmas decorations up. I could just see myself sitting there in front of the log burner watching a Christmas film (The Holiday ❤️ my favourite), with a glass of fizz. Thank you Viv. We love seeing our guests enjoying their stays at Bents Cottage!!
