Today we completed the Railway Children walk that passes right by the lovely Hoot Cottage, and what a perfect day it was! 🍃

This beautiful circular route begins right from the cottage door, taking you through stunning countryside, scenic views, and passes plenty of steam trains along the way. With the weather on our side, it made for such a special day out!

If you’re looking for a peaceful countryside escape with gorgeous walks right on your doorstep, Hoot Cottage really is the perfect place to stay ✨

Now to end the evening in the best possible way, curled up by the fire, to watch the 1970’s classic ‘The Railway Children’ after walking the very route that inspired it 🚂
