🧳 What to Bring
Please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels, as these are not provided.
📌 Booking Terms & Conditions
A £50 deposit/care bond is
required at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 48 hours after your stay, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. The final balance and deposit must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If payment is not received and we have not heard from you, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 6 weeks before arrival: You will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival: Unfortunately, no refund will be given. In the case of no-shows or early departures, no refund will be provided. We recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
🕒 Check-In / Check-Out
Arrival: From 3:00 PM
Departure: By 10:00 AM
Please ensure all bins are emptied before you leave. A charge will apply if this is not done.
🏠 House Rules
By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Treat the caravan with the same care and respect as your own home. No smoking is allowed inside the caravan. No groups under the age of 21 – this is a site rule. Any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. If the cost exceeds your deposit, you will be invoiced. Payment must be made within 28 days. Failure to pay may result in legal action via the resort’s insurance provider. If you have any questions at any stage, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
