Great to bring together people who’ve shared challenges in the past, with plenty more still to come 🗺️

From training walks in the Bannau Brycheiniog to joining the team overseas, it’s been great supporting such an amazing group of people

⛰️ Y Grib 🐉 one last Welsh mountain day before Sierra Nevada 🇪🇸

Yesterday was our final training walk with this incredible group before they head out to take on their challenge, raising vital funds for Velindre Cancer Centre Fundraising 💚

The Bannau Brycheiniog gave us a proper send off… low cloud, rain, big climbs and plenty of laughs along the way 🌧️⛰️

These training days are about so much more than getting the miles in. They’re about building confidence, preparing for the mountains and sharing the journey together
It’s been a privilege to play a small part in their adventure
