In addition to his extensive experience and knowledge of the area, and his ability to guide people to the most spectacular views, he is a Mountain Training Association qualified Mountain Leader and is also trained in Mountain Rescue. He has summited some of the world’s highest peaks most recently completing the successful ascent of the Himalayas in Nepal. He is also co-founder of family wellbeing & outdoor activities company "Wellsynergy".

⛰️ Y Grib 🐉 one last Welsh mountain day before Sierra Nevada 🇪🇸

Yesterday was our final training walk with this incredible group before they head out to take on their challenge, raising vital funds for Velindre Cancer Centre Fundraising 💚

The Bannau Brycheiniog gave us a proper send off… low cloud, rain, big climbs and plenty of laughs along the way 🌧️⛰️

These training days are about so much more than getting the miles in. They’re about building confidence, preparing for the mountains and sharing the journey together
It’s been a privilege to play a small part in their adventure
