What A Day To Be Alive! 🗻➡️

Had a fabulous time giving bespoke coaching to .osullivanmos last weekend. The amazing landscape of the Bannau Brychiniog gives the perfect environment to learn. Working on Navigation and fine tuning Micro Nav. Looking at compass work, orientation and timings. Well done Matt you smashed it!

I first met Matt when I guided him on a 5 day hiking/ kayaking expedition in Norway back in 2022. It was brilliant to share some memories and improve some skills.
