Did you know that the Driffield Agricultural Society held the first Driffield Show in 1854. Back then their main purpose for doing so was to educate as well as provide a meeting place for the local community, it’s purpose is pretty much the same nowadays. Now celebrating its 145th Show the Society still places education at the centre of its activities and the Show is still is a fantastic place to meet up with friends.
