Sunny pizzas are ON! We’ll be taking the old girl to Golden Cap Holiday park, Seatown, every Friday from the 4th April - 9th May, and possibly beyond. Serving takeaway Neapolitan pizzas to whoever graces our presence with a weekly menu thrown down with weekly banter: so come say hi.

We’ve been helping a few colleges and cookery schools over the last few years but it is now something that is gathering a little more pace. Helping students experience cooking over fire and trying new ideas is a whole world of fun, when there’s no rules or expectations there are no boundaries. That’s when cooking can be its best. Drop us a message if this is something you might want to discuss for your students or any group for that matter.

As the sun disappears beyond Lundy island, street eats and casual dining takes over, keeping guest fuelled into the night. It’s a long day but this interaction with guest, after the wedding breakfast is what we live for. Plus a cheeky beer… or two. Hell we’ve earnt it.

Sunnier times are looming and we’ve a jam packed season of outdoor events and weddings on the horizon for 2024. We’re therefore looking to develop our team for our busiest year yet!

Sous chefs £200-300 per day
Front of house managers £200-250 per day
Day chefs £15-17.50 per hour
FOH staff £15-17.50 per hour

BLACKSMITH & COOKERY COURSES🔥
FORGING BBQ TOOLS 15th SEPTEMBER

We’re already looking forward to our course with in a couple weeks time. This course is a combination of blacksmith workshop and cookery school! The day will be split up into two parts. One, will be taught by the Alex and his team at The Forge, focussing on blacksmithing and traditional blacksmithing skills and how to forge stainless steel BBQ tools.

The other half of the course will be a cookery course taught by us! During this time we will demonstrate a range of cooking techniques, along with how to use, care and maintain your cookware.

Students will get to help prep and cook a meal to enjoy at the end of the day.

Great day playing with fire still a few techniques to tweak to get desired results but it’s amazing what you can achieve outside the box. Is it always necessary or worth it? Absolutely not but on the journey you’ll find things that are, and that’s what it’s about.
