Our spring ASADO cooking courses are just on the horizon now and so is the sun (apparently). We’ve a few spaces still available for Dorsets premier cooking class so click on the link in our bio and get yourself involved. We’ll cover fire basics, fuel, kit, styles of cooking and produce. So… 2025 was fun. I could now reel off a whole heap of stats but after the past 2 weeks most of them are a distant and joyful memory. Let’s just say many counties visited and sunsets admired, more than a few canapés served and some amazing events and colabs ending with a few clinked glasses with new friends made. Back in spring (yes a while ago before it got dark and wet) we held our spring feast in the orchards of . The weather pulled good, just in a knick of time, made the orchard look even better with a table fit for feasting, cider did flow and the Asado chefs knocked it out the park. as always snapped us some great pics to good not to share.

Helping students experience cooking over fire and trying new ideas is a whole world of fun, when there’s no rules or expectations there are no boundaries. That’s when cooking can be its best.
