International at Greater Brighton MET Academic study, vocational courses and English language learning in the heart of Brighton. Greater Brighton Metropolitan College is a great place to study.

We have a long tradition of welcoming international students and provide a friendly and supportive college environment. We offer thousands of courses across 5 campuses in Brighton, Worthing and Shoreham. From basic vocational training to university level study, as well as a wide range of English Language courses in Brighton. We offer quality assured accredited and non-accredited programmes. Studen

ts enjoy a unique learning environment where they become part of the wider college community alongside UK students. We understand that choosing where to study is an important decision, especially for an international student coming from overseas. We have the following courses for international students aged 16+:

In central Brighton:
- General English, Cambridge FCE/CAE, IELTS - all year round
- Summer vacation courses: English + activities

In Brighton and Worthing:
- University access courses, such as international foundation programmes
- Higher education courses
- College experience programme: in certain subjects such as travel & tourism, hair & beauty, science, computing and business
- Group programmes for Erasmus-funded students and teachers

Brighton MET, which is the largest provider of vocational education and training in Brighton has retained its ‘good’ grade, which it was first awarded in 2011. Brighton MET is accredited by the British Council for English language teaching. and is a licenced Tier 4 sponsor. Northbrook MET was rated "outstanding" at its last Ofsted inspection in 2013.
