We organise and run walking breaks in the Lake District, yoga and walking breaks in the UK and walking holidays and treks in the Alps. Yen is an experienced and qualified yoga instructor and personal trainer. Kevin is a UK mountain leader, and a fully qualified International Mountain Leader, a keen cyclist who has led a Lands End to John O'Groats ride, summited several 4000m peaks in the Alps, tre

kked in the Everest Region, led a trek across the Alps from Chamonix to Zermatt, a 10 day expedition to Nepal and a 21 day trek in Malawi. Some comments posted about our recent walks and breaks:

Paul Tierney yesterday on his Wainwright record attempt near Skiddaw.
Purely by chance Yen and I had decided to head out for the day up and around Skiddaw yesterday and bumped into Paul and his small band of helpers.
Paul is still on track for the record of 6 1/2 days and expected to finish this afternoon.

Fantastic weekend with our latest group. A quite tough hike up Scafell in less than ideal conditions on Saturday and then a lovely relaxing ramble round Elterwater and Loughrigg on Sunday.
