As the end of the year draws in, give yourself the space to reflect and embrace the quietening of the seasons by coming along to our meditation/relaxation sessions.

The final 3 meditation sessions for this year are:

Sunday 20th October, Sunday 17th November and Sunday 8th December.
All at the Park centre, Kingswood and £15 per session. If you would like to book all 3 then the price is £40.

It’s been a while!!! As things are beginning to open up again it’s really important we look after ourselves. My yoga classes are returning to the park centre and longwell green next week and I’d like to offer a discount on this block to anyone who has attended our retreat. A block of 6 classes are £51 but I’m offering them for £45.
