View Cottage, Ferrymans View, Brixham Between the river Dart at Kingswear and the sea at Brixham a modern three bedroom cottage. The accommodation is arranged over three floors.

Situated on the ground floor, entrance level, are two bedrooms and the house bathroom. The main living room and kitchen is at first floor level to take advantage of the views, with the main bedroom and en-suite shower room on the top floor. Behind the house is an enclosed landscaped garden. The cottage's parking space can be accessed via the gated security entrance.
