Starting on the 21st September, this 4-week programme is made possible by the Herefordshire Community Foundation. We dive into the topics that matter most, including managing fatigue, mindfulness, and gentle physical activity that works for your body.

The best part? This programme is FREE for Halo Members
or just £3.50 per session for Non-Members.

This project is proudly supported by funding from the Herefordshire Community Foundation, allowing us to provide an expert-led space for anyone looking to prioritise their health within a supportive community.
