👋 Fancy a job that's a bit different?
Blue Coast is hiring for two casual positions for the upcoming season in Cullen (Lesson Assistant / Photography & Social Media Assistant), ideally suited to local school pupils looking for a first part-time / casual job.
We might be a bit biased, but it is a pretty cool place to work!
1. Lesson Assistant
🌊 Assisting with lessons in and out of the water including greeting customers, helping clients in the water, and cleaning / tidying equipment
🏄 Opportunity to surf and paddleboard during lessons and improve skills
🛟 Encouraged to work towards lifesaving qualifications and build up to instructor training
An ideal candidate for this role would be a local school pupil looking for a first part-time/weekend job. This role would suit a strong swimmer who is comfortable in the water. Full training will be provided. Surfing or paddleboarding experience is not essential; as long as you want to get involved, you'll soon learn!
2. Photography & Social Media Assistant
🌊 You will assist with lessons and clients in and out of the water, as well as helping to clean and tidy equipment before and after lessons
📸 Use the Blue Coast camera to take photos of activities when required (full training provided)
🎥 Come up with ideas for vertical videos (Instagram Reels / Tiktok) that are fun and engaging, and make these videos during lessons
An ideal candidate for this role would be a local school pupil looking for a first part-time/weekend job. This role would suit someone creative who enjoys and has an interest in making photos / videos.

There will be steady work from April through October, with particularly busy periods during the summer.
