With effect from 1st November, Travel Stop will only be open for personal visits at our Suffolk offices. We have made the decision to close the doors to our Buntingford shop but we remain very much open for ‘business as usual’ at our flagship shop in Claydon, Suffolk and on certain days, at our Hadleigh and Elmswell shops also.
The pandemic has given us the opportunity to reconsider our best working practices and we have come to learn that we can service our Buntingford customers, both old and new, effectively and efficiently without having to have a presence, and the overheads which come with it, of a shop on the high street
We will remain available for face-to-face consultations either at one of our Suffolk offices or, if it is unable to be dealt with either by phone, email or you cannot get to us, we will come to you for a personal appointment. As previously said, we do remain very much open and we look forward to being able to continue to look after all the travel needs of the people of Buntingford who have made us very welcome in the town since 2018.
