3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan, based at the popular resort Unity Beach formerly known as Holiday Resort Unity in Brean Sands.

~Large living area with a double pull out bed, smart tv & french doors leading onto the front decking.

~Wrap around Dining area.

~Kitchen area with an intergrated full sized fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave & toaster. Additionally, all the equipment you would require for cooking is included!

~3 bedrooms comprising of 1 double room & 2 twin bedrooms, all with good storage & tv’s in both twin rooms.

~1 shower room with toilet.

~1 seperate toilet.

~Large garden area wrapped around with gated fence (ideal for dogs)

~Decking at the front of the Van with a great view of the childrens play area. Also the van is south facing so is a sun trap on a warm day 😎

~Very close to the play park.

~2min walk to the onsite shop, pizzeria & chipshop.

~5min walk to the onsite entertainment RJ’s.

~10min walk over to Brean leisure park & the new Wonkey Donkey (tavern) near the fair!

(A land train is provided free of charge during the summer season)

~Quilts & Pillows provided however Linen is not included. (Linen can be available from our on-site cleaners for a fee, please ask for details?)

Our Caravan 426 @ Unity Beach Brean formerly known as Holiday Resort Unity. The award winning site offers alot of enertainment & plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy! There are big investments ongoing which is making the site even bigger & better than before.

Our Van is sited on the perfect spot, just a stones throw from the park which we find ideal for our younger ones to be free from the caravan & they never get bored.

We have made very our caravan very homely & have all the ammenities we feel make it as comfortable as it would be being at home with the added bonus of a fenced off garden & south facing plot where sun shines on the front all day 😎

We would love for you to experience our joy at a good price, you wont be disappointed 😬
