What sets Phoenix apart from other theme park tour companies?
(Sorry, bit of a long post 🤦🏻♀️🤣)
To start with, we love what we do.
All our tours are bespoke to us, we spend ages methodically planning, ensuring the trip is run within legal constraints, ensuring they fall within a drivers working and driving time restrictions - see the same tour from a different company? Likely they know we are good at what we do and know our itineraries work. As we say, Often Imitated - Never Beaten 💪
We are an actual Coach Operator, we have our own coaches that we can dedicate to our trips, we can work on making them to the exact spec we need for these trips, we may only have 48 seats but that’s because we put comfort first, comfy padded leather seats, extra leg room, had hopefully, in the next week or 2 we can start getting the USB charging ports installed since we will have some spare time.
We keep our prices the lowest possible, since they are our own coaches, you know you are not paying for the “middle man” to put extra profit on a trip so not only the coach company get their cut, but so does the outside organiser. Our trips basically cover our standing charges and might just pay our driver if he has been extremely good 🤣 (if you’ve been with us when Chris is driving, you know he is worth it)
We pride ourselves with doing everything in our power to get you to the park before opening and we will NEVER leave before everyone has had their last ride of the day and had enough time to hobble back to the coach after a FULL day in the park. Closing time at a park isn’t a deadline to be gone by, it is when the park chucks you out and you make your way back to the coach for a good chat about an amazing day.
And finally, and most importantly to us, our trips aren’t just a bunch of people thrown together in a large tin can to go off on your own to ride some rides, or a strict tour group where the host tells you what to go on and when, it is a chance to meet people with the same interests as yourselves, to make proper friendships, if you want to go round in a group we have an amazing community growing, everyone is welcome regardless of age, gender, race, disability - we will not say we are a specialist in any specific group, everyone is welcome and included, as at the end of the day, we are all just people who love a good coaster (maybe not Chris) and we all just want to have the best time possible.
Coach trips aren’t just about the destination, it’s about the journey, and the people you choose to travel with, life long friendships made 🥰 and we can’t wait to see you all onboard for many years to come!
