I'm back! 😎

I kinda got used to being on holiday, so I can't say that I'm 100% happy to be back in my routine 😅 but it had to come to an end. I've not got enough money to be able to enjoy myself all the time unfortunately 😂💸

The school holidays are almost over, I've actually enjoyed this one more than I can remember because my kids are more independent now they are older and are doing their own thing. Jake achieved the A-Level results he was hoping for, so definitely has a place at Lancaster Uni starting at the end of next month 🙏 Emma did fantastic in her mocks so has a good foundation for her last year in high school ❤️

August was a really busy month for me - I've booked a few cruises 🛳️ (a couple whilst I was in Kos), some extended family holidays and Greek trips 🇬🇷 The Canary Islands have been the most popular destination, especially for late bookings 🕶️

We've had some amazing weather this summer, so I can't really complain (well not too much) about the torrential rain we had over the Bank Holiday weekend ⛈️ If like me you're missing the sun and warm weather though, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll book you somewhere nice to escape to ☀️ All Inclusive late deals are coming up today - if one of those catches your eye, give me a shout 📲

Good afternoon everyone 🤗

Sorry I didn't update you yesterday 😊 We went for a walk around How Hill along the Norfolk Broads 💧 Ronnie was in his element chasing squirrels whilst we admired the scenery 🌳

We were going to eat in a pub on the way home, but decided to go back to The Ship because we know the food is good there 😋 I had smoked haddock chowder, which was delicious but I was so hungry I got on with eating it and forgot to take a photo 🤭

Anyway, we're on our way back to Bury now, as usual the traffic is rubbish and the weather is getting worse the nearer to home we get 🌧 We had an amazing time in Mundesley, a week was not enough and we will be back 😍

Hello all ☺️

We went to the beach again today and hung out at the lodge later on in the afternoon, it was another gorgeous sunny day 😎

Later on when we all got hungry, we decided to branch out from Mundesley and have tea in Stalham 🍽 We got a warm welcome at The Swan, the beer was fab and the food was tasty. I'm ready for my bed now though 😴 I'm so full it's made me tired 😅

Hello everyone 🤗

We've been on Mundesley beach all afternoon, it's been a glorious day ☀️ not a cloud in the sky. Baz and Jake played catch for a bit, while me and Emma read. We left the beach at 5ish, had the usual couple of pints in The Ship 🍻 then a chippy tea. I could get used to all this relaxation! (I think Ronnie is getting used to it too 🤣)

Evening everyone 🤗

We've had a great day, it wasn't warm enough for the beach, so we did the circular Mundesley-Trunch walk which is about 7 miles all told 🥾

We're all a bit tired, Ronnie especially - he's only got little legs 🤣 We called in The Ship for a couple of pints before heading back to the place where we're staying. Mundesley Holiday Village had a gyros van tonight, so our tea was sorted! Absolutely delicious 😋 and a great reminder of mine and Emma's recent holiday in Kos 🇬🇷 We're back at the lodge now, taking it easy.

We had another chilled morning and then spent all afternoon at the beach ⛱️ but it's made me really tired 😴 Quick pint at the pub, then it's an early night for me 🌛

Evening you lovely people 😘

We've just had a really chilled 😌 day in Mundesley. We had a leisurely breakfast, then had a walk round the village and ended up in The Ship Inn again for tea 🍽 We're back at the lodge now, watching a film and taking it easy. It's so relaxing here, probably why I love it so much and keep coming back ❤️ Also, look at the photos - it's so beautiful 🏖
