I had a fantastic time today representing Tartine at Distillers Arms in Antrim Castle Gardens for the Ireland Garden Show. Whiskey and Orange glazed Sea trout was on the demo menu with a warm quinoa,fennel and tomato salad. Great crowds and the event was buzzing. Thanks to Food NI for the invite. We were thrilled to be part of the new ITV series of Dermot O’Learys Taste of Ireland. welcomed Dermot to Bushmills and he was a delight. We talked about all things foodie, local history and hospitality in general. Dermot stepped into our kitchen with a hands on approach and Chef/proprietor Gary created a delicious Rhubarb & Custard dessert and some rustic canapé tartlets. Come back soon Dermot!!
