How has it been a whole year since our last post 😲🫣. Another fabulously busy one for no. 3. We have had some wonderful new and returning guest's ❤️. We are all now set for the festive season with a local company booking for a family from India to come over for there Christmas party and meetings. It looks lovely all decorated with plenty of sweet treats and refreshments left after there long flight. We hope they enjoy there stay in Buxton. 😊.. Remember to book direct for our best possible price for your 2026 trip. We do have 7 days empty to book in December. Minimum 2 nights 🙂

No. 3 is all ready to welcome our Christmas guests to Buxton. 🎄🎅🤶. We love this time of year and love to spoil our guests also. Our first festive season guests left today and were welcomed with fizz, chocolate, mince pies, biscuits and of cause no stay is complete without Christmas crackers. We are totally booked till 5th January but surly it's never to early to plan a Christmas away from home next year 🙈.
Those wanting to fight the January blues book direct on selected dates in January and February to get the best deal. Quote "Facebook" for a additional 10% off 😲

So many offers at the moment 🎉 starting with arriving 4th November and leaving the 8th only £80 a night. No booking fee included. That's £20 per person a night if 4 stay. Minimum of 3 night booking, 2 nights will be considerd xx

How are we already half way through the year 😲. Super busy first 6 months at no.3. we are fully booked till mid August with only limited day's left till September. Come and enjoy some of the beautiful walks Buxton and the surrounding areas offer or relax with a cold beer in one of the many pubs and fabulous independent cafes. Any independent cafes/shops etc that would like to be included in our welcome folder do please drop us a message.Mr pickles certainly enjoyed his run in corbar woods around the bluebells and up to corbar cross before a well earned pint (water for pickle he is under age ) in the Cheshire cheese beer garden..we are human,child,dog friendly With treats left for all 🍾🍭🍰🐕. Due to a last minute cancellation number 3 has availability for the bank holiday weekend. Arriving Saturday 29th after 2pm and leaving Tuesday the 2nd at 11 am . Book the 3 nights at £90 a night through us and there will be no booking fees or extras. Want to do 2 nights (which we don't normally accept) the Saturday till the Monday we will do at £100 a night so if 4 people come that is £25 per person per night 🎉🎉. Free Secure parking can be sorted for a refundable deposit of £50. Message for more information ❤️

Almost a year since our last post and what a year we have had. !!!! Back to back bookings 😲and fantastic reviews 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. We actually have availability at no.3 this month. March the 6th ,7th and 8th are available at £70 a night plus a £20 cleaning fee for the stay if booked through us ..that's a saving of £30 a night and no Airbnb charges so an extra saving of at least£70 . The 12th till the 15th is available at £80 a night plus a £20 cleaning fee again no Airbnb /booking .com charges ... Grab a bargain.... As shown on the photo Mr pickles thinks January and February have lasted months so he thinks it's only fair your dog stays for free on these dates. Inbox for more info ❤️❤️❤️

Good morning. Super happy to host our next guests who arrive today and get married on Friday 🎉👩‍❤️‍👨. We love they picked number 3 to stay in while celebrating there big day . Fizz,cake,beers etc will be waiting when they walk through the door ❤️.
We are totally full may,June. The only dates in July are arriving sat 2nd and leaving Thurs 7th. August is full and the only dates in September are Fri 2nd till Mon 5th. We do have a small number of one night stays which we don't normally do, but due to guests leaving and more arriving a couple of days later this has left one day slots. Inbox for more info on these dates. These are £100 a night !! £25 per person a night if 4 stay ❤️❤️x

We have returning guests at no .3 this Easter weekend. All past guests get a choice of a small welcome back hamper. These guests went for the easy breakfast hamper. We hope they enjoy !! 😍. Happy Easter 🐣 x
