STRICT TERMS CHANGES FOR 2025!
Running all these events means I spend 3 days in the office (laptop on my crafting desk) and 3 days on the mountain delivering the fun stuff! Call me crazy but I love every aspect of this business including the keyboard whacking! Crazy I know...
I am super excited to be a month into the 2025 season but as always life happens and there are many reasons for wanting to cancel or change bookings. Such requests have already become unmanageable and sometimes means I lose places on these events I lovingly create.
My terms window is 60 days... why so long? Well this gives me a chance to rebook a place, as most customers like to plan waaaaay in advance, especially to have enough prep and training time for their day!
The 60 day no refund policy now applies to swapping a date. If you are 60 days before the date, by all means request a refund if you have changed your mind, or swap to another date if your injury means you need more rest time. (please just one date swop!)
Again... once booked, please could you take out personal injury insurance to cover your costs for the big events and then we both don't lose out! I am sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but I can't run my small business this way anymore.
