Knights Training Academy was established in 2004 to deliver a diverse range of qualifications in the security industry. Since establishment, Knights Training Academy has grown to be a national training organisation offering a wide range of training solutions from work based qualifications such as Apprenticeships and NVQ training to high quality short courses including First Aid training, SIA training and assessor and verifier qualifications. Throughout this expansion, our key mission, goals and values have remained the same. Our mission is to be an outstanding Academy, committed to the success of our learners and employers. Our focus is on meeting national and regional education, skills and employment goals for individuals and employers. Knights Training Academy is committed to a policy of continuous quality improvement. This means robust, accurate and ongoing self assessment which leads to real improvement in the quality of the learners’ experience and success. We are holders of the matrix standard: a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.

Are you thinking about recruiting an apprentice or developing your existing team?

With the new apprenticeship incentives introduced from 1 October 2026, now could be a good time to explore the options available to your business.

There’s some really useful financial support available to employers, including:

✅ £2,000 hiring payment for eligible non-levy employers recruiting new apprentices aged 16–24.

✅ An additional £1,000 payment for employers taking on apprentices who meet certain eligibility criteria.

✅ Up to £3,000 through the Youth Jobs Grant for eligible young people aged 18–24.

✅ 100% government-funded apprenticeship training for eligible 16–24-year-olds.

✅ Employer National Insurance savings for eligible apprentices under 25.

At Knights Training Academy, we work with businesses across the UK, supporting them with apprenticeships in Sales, Marketing, Housing and Property.

We can help you recruit a new apprentice, completely free of charge, or look at opportunities to develop the staff you already have.
