It may look like pond water, but what happens when the team at Haier Biomedical put this green smoothie through a centrifuge? 👀

The results were surprising. There was a lot more solid material than expected, making this smoothie look healthier than the nutrition label suggested.

🥛 Can You Spin It? Milk & Protein Shake Edition

The Haier Biomedical team put full-fat milk, soy milk, oat milk, and a protein shake to the centrifuge test. 💪

After 30 minutes at 4°C, the results revealed noticeable differences. While the milk and plant-based drinks left behind some solids, the protein shake showed the most significant separation.
