Set on a 10,000 m² estate near Rio Torto, this restored barn offers a modern apartment for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms, an open kitchen and living area, a dining space, and a bathroom. Parking is available beside the apartment.

Guests can enjoy a seasonal pool, BBQ area, stone oven, vineyard, flower garden, and outdoor seating. A fireplace and pizza oven add warmth in colder months.

The nearby Serra da Estrela offers hiking, mountain scenery, villages, and local food. Shops and cafés are close by, with Gouveia, Seia, and the natural park a short drive away.
