What You’ll Do:
🔹 Welcome new families and ensure smooth admissions.
🔹 Lead and support our amazing team, managing recruitment, rotas, and staff development.
🔹 Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and stakeholders.
🔹 Champion safeguarding and maintain high standards across all settings.
🔹 Help launch new settings, support marketing efforts, and drive growth.
