Good morning, the power is scheduled to be off in some parts of Machrihanish today including the Holiday Park from 8.45am to 5pm for SSE to upgrade the cable that runs from Campbeltown to Machrihanish. Remember to charge your phones, set freezers / fridges to the highest setting. It’s due to be a nice day so I’ll be cutting grass at the park which I don’t need any power for 🙂 Give me a shout if you need a hand with anything.

Welcome to all of our Mull of Kintyre Half Marathon and 10k Race guests. Good luck with your races on Saturday and Sunday. Celebrate your running success with us on Sunday at the park. Beinn an Tuirc Distillers will be with us from 2pm serving Smash Burgers, Kintyre Gin & Tonics and Cocktails. They are also brining their mobile Sauna and cold pool to help your joints recover after the race. If you are staying at the park or just want to join in the fun everyone is welcome.
