Manchester airport , what have you done to T1 customer pick up zone . Further from the terminal and difficult to find for your customers ???? And we pay for this 💩service ??? What a mess . And then it appears you’ve lost my customers bag . I hope they find it .

Flight delays are part and parcel of our business , just like today. An irish flight delayed. As you can imagine this puts strain on our planning . We try to cover all delays wherever possible . Just a small insight into our usually very busy days . Thank you to our customers and our drivers for working with us to minimise any disruption caused by delays .
