What you do get is someone who spends time researching, comparing options, checking the details, answering questions, managing bookings, helping with changes, and being there if something goes wrong.

I genuinely love helping people find the right holiday. That's why I do what I do.

But if the only purpose of contacting me is to see whether I can beat a direct booking by a few pounds, then booking direct is probably the better option.
