A rooftop view of the 19th century stone tower next to the River Stour, nicknamed ‘The Alchemist’s Tower’.

Despite its intriguing look, it was actually nothing more than a costly ornamental tower with no real practical use - apart from demonstrating how much money the builder had! It’s also known as a ‘folly’ 🏰
