Getting the annexe ready for today's guests. There are 4 of them so the Sofa bed is needed.

Breakfast hamper for 4 provided along with tea and coffee. I try to source products as locally as possible. Milk is from Plurenden, Raspberry and Strawberry jam from karly's Kitchen, Bread and croissants from Wilmshurst Bakery, Eggs from our own Chickens.

We have also added a new addition of a Garden box of games, which I am slowly adding to.

The best changeover days are the ones where I can get the washing on the line because the sun is shining. ☀️ 🌞

Can't wait to get the garden finished so that our guests can enjoy the sun with the view.

Annexe cleaned ready for the next guests and made the most out of the washing line.
Loving having the enclosed garden and now planning the patio, adding garden furniture as well as garden games.

Also Sofa bed all made up today as well.

Changes are happening in the garden.
Fence is finally up, allowing the annexe to have it's own private garden area.

Even managed to get a washing line up.

Next job is getting the pathway sorted out and then the patio area.

Just finished cleaning up after the last guests as new people in again tonight. Our offer didn't quite go to plan and instead we've had 3 different groups of guests in for 1 nights instead of the 1 lot from Friday to Monday.

All have taken advantage of the discount.

Last night's guests have actually left a disappointing review, don't get me wrong I know 4 stars is still good But she marked it down on Value, cleanliness, communication, location and Check in..
We are a bit annoyed to be honest as they arrived early, we responded within minutes to every query, they also booked last minute.
We actually spoke to them this morning and they said they loved the location. 🤷

The annexe is cleaned thoroughly after every stay by us. (Mainly Michelle). Everything is checked and cleaned. We even offered a generous hamper of goodies, which mainly contains breakfast items. (This person didn't touch any of it). How is that not good value.

On a good note we got 5 for accuracy 🤦

Been a busy weekend with Back to back 1 night stays.
All ready again for tonight's family.

This time we have added a Z-Bed option to the bedroom in place of the travel cot for children up to age 10 years.

We think it looks really cute!!
