Bank holiday weekend (not working for a change - am Monday though! 🥲
What else to do on a sunny evening - bit cold though- but light the bbq!
Tonight we are enjoying San Miguel, homemade coleslaw - had to improvise!, sirloin steak, salmon and lemon and herb chicken. Topped off with oven wedges ! Oh and salad for the good stuff. Been adventurous and made a Caesar dressing from scratch too !
