A long awaited arrival this morning. Always a pleasure to see the swallows appear. They are busy swooping around and sorting out their nests. Such amazing little birds having flown all those miles from their winter homes.
Summer is on its way!

Today girls it's manicures in the sunshine! One lady is waiting patiently for her turn whilst her friend gets her toes sanded and trimmed. All lovely and comfy for walking......shame there's no nail varnish!!

Perfect weather for lambing! Clear sunny days just right for getting to know the world with mum.
At night the sky is so clear and full of stars ideal weather for stargazing!

This tree is always the first to blossom on the farm but what is it? Tiny white flowers and occasionally produces very small purple plum like fruits.......but not damsons
