🌿 The Beauty of the Simple Things 🌿

Today’s walk reminded me how much nature has to teach us — if we just slow down long enough to notice. 🍄

Among the trees I found so many different kinds of mushrooms, each one quietly growing, each one part of a much bigger cycle that never rushes — it just is. I took a few moments to take off my shoes, place my feet on the earth, and feel that grounding energy flow back in.

It’s so easy to forget how much healing is available to us, freely, in the natural world — the softness of moss underfoot, the sound of leaves moving in the wind, the stillness that helps us come back to ourselves.

At The Elemental Room, I’m learning and teaching that wellness isn’t just about products or treatments — it’s about presence. It’s about remembering that we’re part of nature too. 🌲

So this is your reminder today:

Slowly but surely, I’m on my way… 🕊️

I’ve been on a deep healing journey over the past few months – a journey that’s taught me more than I could ever put into words. The process of recovering from serious illness isn’t straightforward or quick… it takes time, trust, and a full rediscovery of who I am.

While I’m looking forward to doing more again in the future – including creative and purposeful work – I’m also taking my time. I’m investing in new learning, rebuilding my knowledge, and quietly working behind the scenes on the business side of things.

I’m so grateful for everyone’s support – and I’m just asking for a little more patience while I reshape what moving forward looks like for me. This isn’t about going back to how things were, but about creating a new path that honours my health, my family, and my values.

I’m here. I’m growing. And I’m doing it my way.
