to deal with all the fabrication needs encountered on a day to day basis and also on major refurbishment projects including kerbs, gullies and wall protection, working closely with a of number flooring contractors and refrigeration panel installers to ensure quick turn around with minimum disruption. With the majority of our work coming from repeat clients we know the importance of deadlines, quality and budget and we aim to maintain these high standards at all times.

Meet George from Montague Countryside Services– one of our brilliant customers with a rather tall request!

Standing at an impressive 6ft 10in, George brought us his hefty lawnmower and asked for custom handle extensions to make it more comfortable to use. While the machine was already big, it clearly needed a little extra height to keep up with him!

Our fabricator Artur took on the task and delivered a bespoke solution with the same high-quality craftsmanship we apply to all our projects. 👌

✨ PHOTO FRIDAY ✨
This week we wanted to show off a recent project; a large stainless steel 316 kerbing and protection install over a 3-week period on site in London.

The job included:
✔️ Precision-fitted stainless steel kerbing
✔️ Wall protection to keep things durable and clean
✔️ A full set of stainless steel bollards
✔️ Bollards fitted with protective sleeves for extra impact resistance

Everything was fabricated to spec and installed on site — on time, on budget, and with a great finish. The 316 stainless not only looks sharp, but it’s built to last in tough environments.

Big thanks to the team for the hard work on this one. Smooth install from start to finish!

🌟 Work Experience Week! 🌟

We had the pleasure of hosting Elijah for his work experience this week, and what a fantastic week it's been! It’s always rewarding to support the next generation as they explore career paths and gain real-world insight.

Over the past few days, Elijah's been involved in every aspect of our working process, even designing and fabricating his own project to take home.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this a welcoming and valuable experience. Wishing Elijah all the best for the future — we’re sure there’s a bright path ahead! ✨

This week we're saying a big thank you to Kieran for 7 years of hard work!
From staying away on site to keeping things moving in the workshop—and everything in between—Kieran's efforts have been a big part of what keeps things running smoothly. 🛠

Also in the workshop this week: a tooling jig in 304 stainless steel, ready for load testing and final cleanup before delivery to the customer.

10 years of welding, grinding, engineering, and swearing. Huge shoutout to Ian — a highly skilled fabricator with a wealth of experience — for reaching a full decade with us. No fuss, no frills, just solid craftsmanship (with the occasional rant and questionable music choice). Here's to many more!

Here we have some high-temperature, high-pressure water pipework — all welded to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 standards. This batch of flanged pipework is now on its way to the customer’s site, ready for one of our coded welders to fit next week.

Help maintain a safe and tidy workshop

Salary from £30,000 (based on experience)
