⚠️ ORMISTON RIVERS BUS PASS CHECK – 22nd APRIL ⚠️

Please be advised that on Tuesday afternoon, we will be carrying out a bus pass check on buses 100–106 (please note: buses 101 and D7 are not included).

While we know the school has already shared this information, we wanted to offer a gentle reminder—particularly for anyone who may not have had a chance to replace a lost pass.

Any child without a valid pass in the afternoon will not be able to board the bus and will remain at school to be collected.

We understand this may cause inconvenience, and it’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly. However, we’ve seen a growing number of students declining to show passes or not responding when asked, which has made it necessary to take a firmer approach.

As we will be closed over the Bank Holiday weekend, if your child needs a replacement pass for Tuesday, please:

- Place £5 in an envelope (this is the cost of a replacement)

- Clearly write your child’s full name and bus number on the envelope

- Hand it to the driver in the morning, requesting a replacement pass

- If your child is only travelling in the afternoon, we’ll accept the envelope detailed above as a temporary pass

Looking ahead, please encourage your child to have their pass ready to show the driver clearly both morning and afternoon, without being prompted.

We really appreciate your understanding and support, and hope this is a one-off measure to help things run smoothly for everyone.

❌UP DATE❌ORMISTON RIVERS ROUTE 100/D7.
Due to Summerhill Althorne being closed until Thursday any children who get on/off the bus at the Village hall will need to make your way to the bus stop at the old Post Office at the bottom of the hill. Alternatively you can get on/off the bus at the depo.Anyone who normally boards at Mansion House or Edgewood Vets on the Burnham Bends you will be collected from your normal pick up.
Bus leaves Depo at 7:55 am.
